McCaslin Imbus & McCaslin a firm with a diversified litigation practice, has an opportunity for an attorney with 0 to 3 years of civil litigation experience, licensed in Ohio. License in Kentucky or Indianna is a plus.  The attorney will handle matters across a variety of practice areas and be involved in all aspects of pre-trial discovery, fact and expert depositions, motion practice, substantive case evaluation, and serve as trial counsel in appropriate settings. Superior analytical, writing, organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with a team is essential.
