Description
Buckley King seeks a mid-level associate with at least three years of experience in real estate and corporate law for its Cleveland office. The successful candidate will bring strong drafting skills and broad transactional experience, including real estate and general corporate matters. Strong academic credentials and admission to the Ohio bar are required.
Qualifications
- At least three years of real estate and corporate law experience in a law firm or in-house setting
- Experience handling commercial and real estate transactions
- Financing experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
